How it works

Six steps from the first conversation to a well-maintained pension goal.

Typical lead time from needs assessment to signing: usually 1–2 weeks. Your time in it: a few hours in total – I carry the rest.

What Gyula, Irén and Rózsi noticed of all this: one good conversation – and their pension goal has been on track ever since.

Needs assessment – 20 minutes

By phone or video: when retirement would come, what the goal is, what monthly amount is comfortable, what you already have. Free, no obligation, no preparation needed.

Reviewing the routes

Pension insurance, voluntary pension fund, NYESZ, TBSZ, government bonds – a general, informational overview of what each is for; I give a personalised recommendation on pension insurance, not on investment instruments. I broker the pension insurance market; if another route serves you better now, I say so.

Offers in one table

Competing offers from several insurers in one clear table: TKM ranges on identical terms, fund line-ups, flexibility rules, bonus terms – ready for a decision.

Signing and paperwork

We fine-tune the premium and risk elements of the chosen offer; I handle the paperwork. A health declaration – where the product requires one – goes directly to the insurer.

Tax declaration

The tax credit is claimed in your annual tax return – I give you a step list for the first time, and I'm glad to send a reminder in later years too, if that's useful. The amount lands on your policy.

Review, if warranted

Fifteen minutes a year: premium and credit cap, fund mix versus remaining horizon, indexation decision, data. If you let me know, I review it – the decision remains yours.

The details behind each step: needs assessment, decision map, comparing offers, signing and the first declaration, annual review.

Timeline – what happens when?

  1. Needs assessment (20 minutes) + route review – by the end you know what direction to request offers in.
  2. Offers requested and the table handed over – when the offers arrive depends on the insurers' response times; you receive the table, and I answer your questions.
  3. Signing – I prepare the forms, you sign; the policy starts after the insurer's assessment.
  4. Next tax return: the first declaration – 20% of the year's premiums (up to the cap) arrives on the policy, under the rules in force.
  5. If it's warranted (or you ask): review – premium, cap utilisation, fund mix, indexation. At life changes we adjust mid-year too.

And after signing – continuous support

What do I ask of you in total? One 20-minute conversation, a few basic data points and one decision. The rest – comparison, offers, table, paperwork – is my job. Advice is free of charge; the intermediary remuneration is paid by the insurer.

Let's start with the 20-minute conversation.

Free of charge and without obligation – by the end you will see your options and the next step clearly.
