Who is behind this site?

I am Emánuel Dávid Tukacs, an independent insurance intermediary (broker). As a broker I do not represent one insurer – I act on my client's mandate: I request competing pension insurance offers from several insurers for your situation and hand them over in one clear, plain-language table – with costs, terms, strengths and weaknesses. I assess your needs and inform you about your options – the decision is always yours.

My activity is supervised by the Hungarian National Bank (MNB): my registration number is 114063010758, verifiable by anyone in the MNB register. I work as a partner of Eurorisk Biztosítási Alkusz Kft. My central site: tukacs.com.

Why the pension goal?

Because here the most expensive mistake is delay. In retirement saving, time is your greatest asset: the same monthly amount started ten years earlier builds substantially more. The Hungarian state supports this route with a tax credit – 20% of the premiums paid into pension insurance, up to HUF 130,000 a year in 2026, credited to the policy under the rules in force. Three principles I hold to

• Competition, not pushing products. Instead of insurer brands I compare substance: cost indicators (TKM), fund line-ups, flexibility rules, bonus terms, the small print. Offers from several insurers side by side – the table speaks for itself.
• Honesty over attractive promises. I do not promise future return figures and I do not "calculate things pretty" – in unit-linked policies the client bears the investment risk, and I say so plainly. I also write openly about when pension insurance is not right for you.
• The long term. You can still turn to me after signing: if your situation changes, I make adjustments on request; from the tax declaration to the first payout, I help if you have questions. The primary route for benefit claims is always the insurer's own customer service – but if a case gets stuck or disputed, I help the client as their broker.

What I am NOT – an important boundary

• I am not an investment adviser. As an insurance broker I request and compare competing offers from several insurers relevant to pension purposes – when I request quotes, I will tell you exactly which insurers' offers made it into the table. I inform you about asset funds – the investment decision is yours.
• I am not a tax adviser. I explain the statutory tax rules (credit rate, caps, repayment rules) in plain language, but questions of your personal tax position are worth clarifying with your accountant and the official guidance of NAV, the Hungarian tax authority.
• I do not broker voluntary pension funds, NYESZ accounts, TBSZ accounts or government bonds – you will find neutral, decision-support comparisons of these in the Insights comparison series, and if pension insurance is not the right answer for your situation, I will tell you so.

What does this cost you?

I charge no separate advisory fee: the intermediary's remuneration is paid by the insurer, it is part of the product's cost structure and is reflected in the TKM as well – which is why we look at the cost indicator together in the offer table. This is how the market works, and I talk about it openly, because trust is built on it: you know exactly how your broker earns, and that the right to decide always stays with you.
